NEW CHANGES FOR HOUSER AUCTIONEERS AND YOU...MANY OF YOU HAVE MADE COMMENTS ABOUT PICTURE QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE AS WELL AS OTHER INTERNET BASED SUGGESTIONS.  I AM HAPPY TO SAY WE HAVE JUST CHANGED INTERNET/WEB SUPPORT AND I WILL BE WORKING TO ADDRESS SOME CHANGES STARTING WITH PICTURE QUALITY AND A NEW MAILING LIST.  WHILE OUR OLD MAILING LIST WORKED, IT WAS OFTEN REJECTED BY SPAM FILTERS ON YOUR HOME COMPUTERS.  I BELIEVE THAT PROBLEM IS SOLVED AND YOU CAN EXPECT BI-WEEKLY UPDATES FOR OUR UPCOMING AUCTIONS.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ADDED TO OUR LIST, JUST SEND ME AN E-MAIL AND I WILL ADD YOU TO THE LIST.  THANK YOU MUCH FOR THE SUGGESTIONS AND KEEP THEM COMING.

Houser Auctioneers would like to thank all of our customers and clients for a very successful 2009 auction year.  For over 70 years Houser Auctioneers has worked at bringing the best Auction experience to both buyers and sellers throughout our area.  Our expertise spans three generations. Our honesty and integrity are deeply rooted in every auction we conduct.  When you combine our integrity with just a little bit of humor you get a great experience at any Houser Auction.

In 2010, Houser Auctioneers will continue to provide exceptional service above and beyond any other auctioneer in the Lehigh Valley.  With the challenging economy we all face, Houser Auctioneers can offer our clients the most options when considering the sale of their personal goods and real estate.  So in 2010, CATCH THE FEVER with Houser Auctioneers.

A very special thanks goes out to all of our service men and woman defending our freedom both at home and abroad.  Several members of the Houser Auctioneers team are veterans of past and present wars.  We know that every day, those serving carry a burden that others often neglect.  For all those families with someone missing this holiday season, know that each member of the Houser Auctioneers team holds you in our thoughts and prayers each and every day.  As heroes of our nation, may they all be protected until the day they return victorious.

A COUPLE WITH A VISION

FROM LEFT TO RIGHT:  CURTIS, DOUG, WILLARD ZEHNER, AND GWENDOLYN

Could he ever of known the legacy he created so long ago?  Standing and pointing forward, I think the answer is yes.  Founded in 1943 by a hard working and honest man, Curtis used those basic principals to create a trusted name in the Auction Industry.  As a founder and charter member of the Lehigh Valley Auctioneers Association, Curtis began the auction business from his small farm in the lush Mushdahl valley of Schuylkill County.  Together with his wife Gwen, they created a business that has stood the test of time.  Today, instilled with the same values of honesty and hard work, the children and grandchildren of Houser Auctioneers have taken the once fledgling business to all new levels.

As you surf our web site, please enjoy a bit of our family history and the values we hold so dear.  It is these beliefs and ethics that we are very proud of and have made us so successful.  It is those values that we demonstrate in every auction we hold.
